Chicken Veggies Stir Fry

This delicious dish is great to prepare with more vegetables and less meat. Generally kids would not like the veggies much. This is the best way to make them have more veggies with chicken. Let’s learn how to make this delicious chicken stir fry with vegetables.

Preparation time – 15 minutes
Cooking time – 20 minutes
Serves – 4

Ingredients:

Boneless chicken – 300 g
Onion – 1 small cut into chunks
Bell pepper (any color) – 1 medium cut into big pieces
Asparagus – 4 cut into long pieces
Mushroom – 1 cup cut into pieces
Garlic – 4 pods chopped into pieces
Red chili flakes – 1 tsp or as per your taste
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
Salt as per your taste

Method:

1. Wash and cut the chicken into 1 inch pieces. Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and garlic. Fry until the onions get transparent. Add the chicken into the pan. Stir the chicken till it is cooked well.

  

2. Now add the vegetables & red chili flakes into the pan. Fry for another 5 minutes till the vegetables are cooked. Make sure that the veggies are not over cooked for stir fry. It should be crunchy. The chicken veggies stir fry is ready.
