Noodle lovers will like this Vegetable noodles recipe. It is a tasty recipe with lots of veggies and is also easy to prepare. This recipe is prepared using Spaghetti but Chinese noodles can also be used to make this recipe. It is one of the kids favorite recipe.

Serves – 4
Ingredients:
Spaghetti – 180 grams
Onions – 1 medium sized sliced lenghthwise
Green Chilies – 2 sliced
Garlic – 4
Cabbage – sliced finely
Beans – sliced into strips
Bell pepper – sliced into strips
Carrots – sliced into strips
Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
Salt – as per your taste
Black pepper powder – as per your taste
Oil – 2 tbsp
Method:
1. Cook the spaghetti as per the instructions on the box and keep it aside. In a large pan add in the oil and allow it to heat up. When the oil is hot add in the onions, garlic and the green chilies and saute well just for a minute. The onions should not be browned. Add in the vegetables and saute well on a medium to high flame for 5 min. The vegetables has to be nice and crisp.



2. Add the salt and the soy sauce and mix well with the vegetables. Add in the black powder and mix. When everything is well mixed add in the cooked noodles and mix well.
