Homemade Rasam powder

Homemade Rasam powder is a mixture of various aromatic spices which can be used to make various Indian soups, especially ‘Rasam’. The ‘Rasam‘ can be enjoyed with Rice & Papadam/Appadam.

Ingredients

Coriander seeds – 4 tbs
Cumin seeds – 4 tsp
Whole black pepper – 4 tbs
Dried curry leaves – 15

Method

Take all ingredients and grind for a few seconds in a mixie.(Do not grind finely)

Rasam powder is ready.

When you want to make rasam you can use this powder ( 1 1/2 tbs for 3 cups of rasam)
