Paneer Kneer is a delicious dessert which is prepared using milk and fresh paneer. It is rich and creamy which can be prepared for any special occasions and other festivals. It tastes best when served chilled.

Ingredients required for making Paneer:
Whole Milk – 1 litre
Lime – juice of 1 lime
Ingredients required for making the Kheer:
Whole milk – 750 Ml
Sugar – 6 tbsp
Pistachios – 10 pieces finely chopped
Almonds – 5 sliced finely
Saffron – a pinch
Cardamon powder – 1/4 tsp
Method:
For making Paneer:
1. Heat up 1 litre of milk. When it comes to a nice boil add in the juice of 1 lime and mix well. When the milk curdles strain it on a strainer or a cheese cloth. Rinse the paneer well in cold water and set aside.
Making Kheer:
1. Heat up 750 ml of milk and allow it to boil on a medium flame till the milk reduces to half. Keep stirring frequently so that it doesn’t stick at the bottom. Add 6 tbsp of sugar and mix.
2. When the milk is reduced to half add in the paneer and mix well. Let it boil for 10 min. Add the finely chopped pistachios, almonds and the cardamon powder and mix. Allow it to boil for 10 more minutes and switch off the stove.
Adjust the consistency and the sweetness according to your taste. Garnish with saffron and serve chill.
