Boiled Egg Sandwich

Boiled egg sandwich is quick and easy to prepare in the busy mornings or for an snack. It tastes delicious and very healthy. It is one of kids favorites.

Makes – 1

Ingredients:

Wheat bread – 2 slices
Boiled egg – 1
Mozzarella cheese – 2 tbsp or as per your taste
Tomato ketchup – 2 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1/8 tsp or as per your taste
Salt – as per your taste
Butter – required for pan frying

Method:

Boil the egg and cut it into thin circles. Cut the edges of the bread slices.

Take one slice of bread and place the egg slices. Now sprinkle some pepper powder and salt. Add some ketchup and top it with some grated cheese and close it with another slice of bread.

Place the prepared sandwich on a hot pan and apply some butter. Toast well on both the sides on a medium flame.

Cut it diagonally and serve hot.
