Avocado Sandwich

Avocado sandwich is a healthy and nutritious sandwich which is easy to prepare. It is quick and easy to prepare for breakfast, lunch or evening snack.

Preparation time – 10 min
Makes – 1

Ingredients:

Bread slices – 2
Avocado – 1
Onion – 3 tsp
Tomato – 1 tbsp
Cilantro/coriander leaves – 1 tsp
Salt – as per your taste
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp or as per your taste
3 tsp of lime juice or as per your taste

Method:

1. Cut the avocado in half and remove the seed. Scoop out the flesh in a bowl. Mash it with a fork until nice and smooth.

2. Add in the onions, tomatoes, salt and black pepper powder and mix well. Now add in the finely chopped cilantro and lime juice and mix well.

3. Spread the mixture well on a toast and serve.
