Kids would love this Chicken noodles recipe. It is a tasty recipe with lots of veggies and is also easy to prepare. Basically this recipe is prepared by Indo Chinese version using Spaghetti but Chinese noodles can also be used to make this recipe. Let’s learn how to make this Chicken Noodles following easy step by step method .

Serves – 4
Ingredients:
Spaghetti – 180 grams
Onions – 1 medium sized sliced lengthwise
Dry red chili flakes – 1 tsp
Garlic – 6
Chicken – 150 grams cut into pieces
Cabbage – 1 cup sliced finely
Red bell pepper- 1 medium size sliced into strips
Green Bell pepper – 1 medium size sliced into strips
Carrots – 1 sliced into strips
Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
Vinegar – 2 tsp
Salt – as per your taste
Black pepper powder – 1 tsp or as per your taste
Oil – 2 tbsp
Method:
1. Cook the spaghetti as per the instructions on the box and keep it aside. In a large pan add oil and allow it to heat up. When the oil is hot add the chopped onions, garlic and saute well just for a minute. The onions should not be browned. Add chicken pieces, red chili flakes and cook until the chicken is well cooked. Now add all the chopped vegetables and saute well on a medium to high flame for 5 min. The vegetables has to be nice and crisp.
2.Add the salt and soy sauce and mix well with the vegetables. Add black pepper powder and mix. When everything is well mixed add the cooked noodles and mix well. Add vinegar and mix until everything mix together.
You can make veg noodles using only veggies.
