A blend of Potato with Cauliflower florets used as a side dish. Goes well with Steamed rice or Chappati.

Ingredients
Potato, small – 2 cut into small squares
Cauliflower, cut into small florets – 1
Oil – 1 tsp
Ginger – 1tbs minced
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves – 2 tbs
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves- few
Salt – As needed
Method
1. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, minced ginger,and curry leaves,then add potato.
2. Fry the potatoes for few min, then add the cauliflower and fry for a while in medium flame.
3. Now add all spices and salt. Keep mixing on a low heat.
4. Cover the pan with a lid and cook it on a slow flame.
5. Once potatoes are cooked add the coriander leaves.
6. Serve with rice or chappathi.
